I have always had a passion for drawing and writing.

As a child, I drew pictures for my little brothers to color and I would read Dr. Seuss books to them. I found his rhymes to be so clever and fun! I would often fall asleep reciting rhymes in my mind. I wrote songs, poetry, and all sorts of stories.

As an adult, I started writing for my son, to teach him to count and read, and to grow his vocabulary. I wanted him to enjoy the stories so much that he didn't even realize that he was learning. And, it worked! He was reading at a 3rd grade level by the beginning of 1st grade!

Then, in 2022, my husband convinced me that I should share some of the stories I have written. So, in the following year, we published, "The Delectable Dino Disaster"! A story that I had written for my nephew years ago.

I currently live in the beautiful pacific northwest with my husband and two children. Before my children were born, I worked in an early childhood education center. Now, I spend my days homeschooling my children and watching them grow!
